MANDATORY 4 HOUR TRAINING FY 2023 – CENTERS

All Providers for Centers must complete a Mandatory Online 4-Hour training FY 2023. 

The following links below will allow you to access resources that contain the PowerPoint and Quizzes. All answers can be found in the PowerPoint provided in Lesson 1.

TRAINING DEADLINE: Sunday, September 25, 2023

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

A. LOGIN!  You will need to register/login under “CENTERS” on the Nutrition Inc Home page.
B. ENROLL IN YOUR SPECIFIC COURSE:  Centers
(After you Register or Login, don’t forget to come back to this training page using the “Training” link on the home page. Because you must ENROLL in the course *after* you login.)

1. Watch the PowerPoint in each Lesson.
2. Take each quiz featured in each lesson for your course . Must receive a passing grade in order receive a Certificate of Completion.
3. Submit Certificate of Completion to Nutrition, Inc. by fax (317) 545-4387 or email [email protected].
4. Your quiz results will be monitored and recorded If you did not receive a passing grade on the quiz (these will be listed in your quiz results), you will not be awarded a certificate and will need to retake the quiz.
5. A link to your Certificate of Completion will be included in your final Quiz results email. You must be logged in to see this link which appears at the bottom on this course page when you have achieved a passing grade and marked all lessons complete.
